When a trick or treater is detected, Pumpkin Mike will say "Happy Halloween! Have some candy!" and then dispense either a "half turn" or "full turn" of candy depending on if it is in Light or Bulk mode. It's evil laugh plays every 30 seconds to serve as a spooky decoration as well as a candy dispensing device.
